Summary

Sales Development Representative role focused on B2B prospecting for technology companies, building sales experience and professional networks through high-volume calling and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct 100-130 B2B prospecting calls daily, maintain CRM accuracy, research customers and identify decision makers, and generate qualified sales opportunities with ongoing coaching from management.
Skills & Tools: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, coachability, and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; proven track record of high achievement, flexibility, and dedication required. Military experience appreciated but not required.
Location: Remote from Florida, Georgia, or North Carolina, United States, with possibility of in-office work in Raleigh, NC for local candidates.
Compensation: $30,000 – $42,000/year base salary plus uncapped commission

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be exposed to many local and global technology companies. Responsibilities

· Be coachable and enthusiastic about personal and professional growth

· Create clear communication through prospecting via phone, networking, e-mail.

· Create a high quantity of qualified sales opportunities.

· Research customers, identify decision makers, and educate prospects.

· Learn proper CRM etiquette through extensive through of CRM to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of prospects.
