We are seeking a Full-Time Curriculum Professional Learning Facilitator to support and enhance our professional learning programs primarily in Florida and nationally. This remote role involves facilitating professional learning sessions, collaborating with education teams, and mentoring educators.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include facilitating learning sessions, supporting onboarding, customizing sessions, collaborating with other teams, and staying updated on delivery research.
Skills: Required skills include superior facilitation, effective engagement, presentation skills, and familiarity with adult learning principles. Teaching and coaching experience in K-12 education and ESL instruction is preferred.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and at least 5 years of teaching experience in K-12 education, along with experience as a literacy or instructional coach.
Location: This position is remote but candidates should reside in Florida and must be willing to travel up to 75% both in-state and nationally, including possible overnight stays.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $60,000 - $85,000.
Job Overview
Our Professional Learning Facilitators assure the development of relevant competencies, necessary organization support, and engaged leadership. This person will be responsible for articulating best practices around onsite and online facilitation, coaching, and supporting the current internal training programs and resources to reflect those best practices. The Professional Learning Facilitator is involved in preparing and attending internal meetings held monthly and is instrumental in certifying others, within the customer success team.
Location:
This is a remote opportunity specific to the counties of Florida and nationally as needed. Candidates should be within comfortable commutable driving distance to counties in Florida area and must be willing and able to travel up to 75% in-state and some out-of-state. This will, at times, include overnight travel as needed.

Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate professional learning sessions for our educators primarily in the state of Florida and when needed, across the country.
- Working experience with State Standards
- Participate and support on-boarding and ongoing internal training of our products
- Work collaboratively with the Sr. Manager and Manager of Professional Facilitators to ensure the delivery of successful, engaging and effective learning experiences
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to understand the intention behind each session and customize as needed
- Collaborate and advise the Product Implementation Resources teams as they develop materials for onsite and virtual use
- Review survey data and apply the feedback toward professional growth
- Complete post-learning experience report within specified time frames
- Enhance the existing internal training program by adding additional tasks/information and actively coaching those going through internal professional learning.
- Facilitate quarterly calls with other national facilitators to share best practices
- Stay abreast of the latest research in the area of delivery and share those with others within our organization
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education required. Master’s degree preferred
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in K-12 education
- At least 2 years of literacy and/or instructional coach experience, providing professional Learning experience to Adult Learners
- >2 years ESL Instruction in K-12 preferred
- Superior facilitation, effective engagement, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to motivate K-12 educators, read the audience and manage time
- Familiarity with adult learning required
- Experience working with English as a Second Language students preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility with delivering learning sessions early in the morning and late in the evening
- Organized and ability to multitask
- Due to company policy, the candidate must be vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus (SARS-CoV-2) to fulfill the in-person/travel requirements for this role, subject to any approved medical, religious or other legally required accommodation.
- Ability to travel up to 75% during high demand months both instate and nationally. This will at times include overnight travel as needed.
