Summary

Project Coordinator supporting College Board's Talent team on strategic initiatives in a 6-month temporary remote role. This position ensures high-impact projects stay on track while enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic work.

Key Responsibilities: Drive day-to-day project coordination, monitor deliverable progress and dependencies, maintain project documentation and dashboards, and facilitate cross-functional communication. Partner with VP of Talent to align priorities and serve as the point of contact for scheduling and information sharing.
Skills & Tools: Proven project coordination or project management experience with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with proficiency in project management tools and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Qualifications: Experience in project coordination, project management, or administrative support roles with ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments. Must be a self-starter comfortable working independently with senior stakeholders and authorized to work in the US.

Project Coordinator, Temp

College Board – Global Strategy and Talent 

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months (Part-Time, ~20–25 hours/week)

About the Opportunity

The Project Coordinator will provide execution support for the Talent team senior leaders driving highly strategic and complex initiatives. This role will ensure priorities and milestones are met across the Talent Enablement team, enabling our leaders to focus on high-value strategic work.

The role will report directly to the Vice President of Talent and will work closely with the Talent Enablement (TE) team, a group focuses on building the infrastructure that helps leaders and employees operate at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution Support:Drive the coordination of day-to-day project activities, ensuring leaders have the information and support needed to advance initiatives.
  • Milestone Tracking:Monitor progress against key deliverables and dependencies; surface risks early and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Priority Alignment:Partner with the VP of Talent and TE team to maintain clarity on priorities, helping the team allocate time and resources to the highest-impact work.
  • Documentation & Reporting:Maintain project documentation, status updates, and dashboards for team visibility.
  • Coordination & Communication: Serve as the point of contact for cross-functional coordination, scheduling, and information sharing.

About Our Compensation

College Board offers a competitive compensation program that attracts top talent looking to make a difference in education. 

The salary for this position is $35.00 per hour. You will be paid this hourly rate for time worked. 

As a temporary position, this role is not eligible for College Board benefits including medical benefits or paid time off.
