Summary

Skills & Tools: Required skills include strategic execution, project management, presentation and content development (PowerPoint proficiency), strong communication and executive presence, and cross-functional leadership. Additional competencies needed are problem-solving, adaptability, organizational excellence, and discretion in handling sensitive business information.
Qualifications: Ideal candidate should have experience in high-growth environments with a demonstrated track record of driving strategic initiatives and strong executive presence. Background in executive operations, strategic planning, or similar C-suite support roles is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic & Executive SupportServe as a trusted partner and advisor to the Co-CEO, ensuring alignment across priorities, meetings, and key initiatives.
  • Responsible for preparing decks, navigating company systems, interfacing with functional leaders–whatever is required to prepare the Co-CEO for the demands of the week.
  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring follow-through on high-priority business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between the Co-CEO and senior leadership, ensuring key decisions are effectively communicated and implemented.
  • Represent the Co-CEO in meetings when necessary, gathering insights, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring accountability.
  • Operational Execution & Project LeadershipAttend executive meetings and take ownership of action items, ensuring timely follow-up and execution.
  • Lead and manage high-impact strategic projects related to growth, operational improvements, and business development.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in Product, Marketing, PR, and Partnerships to drive alignment and execution.
  • Support the development of organizational processes and frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
  • Presentation & Content Development

  • Prepare materials for executive meetings, board updates, and investor presentations, ensuring clear, impactful communication.

  • Develop high-quality decks, reports, and written content to support internal and external initiatives.

  • Work with Marketing and PR teams to draft key messages, positioning, and strategic communications.
  • Business Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Support external partnerships and engagements, managing relationships, coordinating meetings, and preparing briefing materials.

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, helping to remove roadblocks, resolve challenges, and drive execution.

  • Assist with executive-level outreach initiatives for top client accounts and strategic partners.

Compensation

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The total pay range for this role is $130,000 - $180,000.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
