Summary
Lead product development and delivery of educational social-emotional learning products at CharacterStrong, overseeing the complete product lifecycle from discovery to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products deliver measurable value for educators and students while advancing the company's mission.
Key Responsibilities: Own product discovery, requirements gathering, and definition for specific product domains within the digital platform. Lead initiatives from concept through launch, partner with Engineering, Design, and Project Management teams, and leverage AI tools to modernize development practices and improve product performance through data-driven decisions.
Skills & Tools: 6-8+ years of software product management experience in EdTech or SaaS with strong expertise in requirements gathering, agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency with product analytics, familiarity with AI-enabled tools, and understanding of K-12 technology ecosystems preferred.
Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in EdTech platform product management with knowledge of K-12 education technology ecosystems. Track record of successfully managing products through full lifecycle delivery with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
