Compensation: $140000 - $160000 / Annually

You’ll lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that help us grow pipeline and speed up deal cycles. Your focus will be on reaching global B2B audiences—especially the mid-market segment—through compelling, data-driven campaigns that align with our business goals. You'll collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Content teams (plus external partners) to bring campaigns to life across a mix of channels—email, paid media, ABM, webinars, events, and more.
Here’s a taste of what you'll be doing:
- Own the integrated campaign strategy across key industries and personas.
- Define goals, messaging, content, and channel plans in close partnership with Product Marketing and Revenue teams.
- Use customer insights and market trends to inform every step.
- Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand and business goals.
- Continuously test and optimize for performance—what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next.
- Keep things running smoothly across timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Work closely with Sales to align campaigns to their priorities—and equip them with what they need to follow up effectively.
- Partner with Content, Creative, and Ops teams to build standout campaign assets and touchpoints.
- Support internal enablement with toolkits, training, and performance reporting.
- Define and track key performance metrics (think: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, engagement).
- Share post-campaign insights that help us make smarter, faster decisions moving forward.
What you will bring:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years leading integrated campaigns in SaaS, HR tech, or L&D.
- Deep understanding of the B2B funnel and buying journeys in complex sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and campaign reporting tools.
- Strong communicator, project manager, and problem solver—you know how to get things done and bring people with you.
- A creative thinker who’s also data-driven—you can balance storytelling with measurable results.
- Global campaign experience or localization know-how is a bonus.
- Open to candidates on the West Coast of the United States only.

At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $140,000 and $160,000. Your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for the employee commission plan and employee stock options.
