Role Snapshot

Contract-based Talent Acquisition Executive responsible for managing end-to-end non-IT recruitment lifecycle for bulk and lateral hiring initiatives at Infopro Learning.

Key Responsibilities: Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendor coordination; schedule interviews, align stakeholders, negotiate offers, and manage hiring trackers and TAT metrics using Excel/MIS tools.
Skills & Tools: Strong sourcing and candidate screening abilities, proficiency in recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn), excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Excel and MIS systems for tracking and reporting.
Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment; bachelor's degree preferred; experience with bulk/lateral hiring and non-IT recruitment cycles is advantageous.
Location: In-Person - NOIDA, India
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is โ‚น3,50,000 โ€“ โ‚น5,50,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding

  • Drive hiring across global Learning & Development, consulting, and corporate functions

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, vendor partnerships, and networking channels

  • Conduct recruiter screenings and initial candidate evaluations

  • Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, offer discussions, and hiring closures

  • Build and maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring reports, including metrics such as TAT, pipeline health, conversion rates, and offer-to-join ratios

  • Ensure strong communication and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process

  • Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to AI-enabled recruiting and sourcing practices

  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
