Familiarity with AI tools for marketing initiatives, product marketing expertise, and ability to manage internal resources and external agency partners.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with 8+ years of proven marketing leadership experience and domain expertise in education technology or certification-based learning. Strong track record in both D2C and B2B marketing with experience managing teams or developing OKRs; high school diploma or GED required minimum.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The senior manager growth marketing is a critical role for Clover Learning, Inc., an Ascend Learning brand. This role will drive revenue and achieve growth objectives through direct to consumer (D2C), business to business (B2B) and go to market (GTM) strategy and execution. The senior manager growth marketing will drive marketing automation, maturation and ensure alignment with marketing standards.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Own and lead all D2C marketing strategy and execution. Build, execute, and optimize D2C strategy to grow revenue, increase lead generation, and improve conversion funnels.
  • Oversee marketing KPIs and reporting. Establish clear metrics for success, track performance, and make data-informed decisions to improve results. Manage marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage marketing execution. Lead internal resources as well as external marketing agencies and partners.
  • Managing and developing marketing related projections and reports.
  • Serve in product marketing leadership role, leading go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. Develop product and feature GTM strategies and manage execution, including value proposition, sales tool development, competitive positioning, and customer campaigns and outreach tactics.
  • Lead B2B marketing support. Provide marketing enablement to our Partnerships team to increase institutional awareness and sales opportunities. Develop effective tactics for acquiring, engaging, and converting high-quality leads. Manage the marketing automation system and integration with the CRM to ensure the right information is captured to handoff leads to Sales and attribute campaign success.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • 8+ years of proven experience in marketing leadership roles
  • Domain expertise in education technology or certification-based learning
  • Strong track record in both D2C and B2B marketing
  • Proficient with HubSpot, SEO, performance marketing, conversion funnel optimization, email marketing
  • Strong strategic and copywriting skills
  • Collaborative, metrics-driven and strong at self-management
  • Strong collaborator with cross-functional and external teams
  • Proven capabilities in marketing strategy and execution
  • Experience with directly managing a team
  • Experience developing department and individual OKRs
  • Proficient in leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to support marketing initiatives, research, and report generation
