Summary

Virtual Speech Language Pathologist delivering remote telehealth services to school-aged children across multiple states. Role offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation with opportunities for performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech language pathology services via telehealth to school-based children, participate in IEP and team meetings, and complete clinical documentation. Leverage proprietary technology platform and online assessment tools while serving as case manager and process coordinator.
Skills & Tools: Active SLP license with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCCs), experience in school or pediatric therapy settings, and proficiency with various technology platforms including personal laptop use.
Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted SLP license in state of residence in good standing and demonstrated experience conducting therapy in school or pediatric settings. Must be a full-time US resident with availability of 15-40 hours per week.

We are currently hiring virtual Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) in AL, ID, LA, ME, MO, MS, ND, NE, SD, TN, VT, and WV for the 25/26 school year!

What You’ll Do:

Grow and invest in your skills, capabilities, and career, by delivering Speech Language Pathology services to school-based children across the nation, leveraging technology that includes proprietary tools to support and enable clinical care, in an environment that is flexible to your needs.

  • Huddle up with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding Speech Language Pathology services to children in need.
  • Complete documentation and participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
  • Develop your skills, career, and expertise within a supportive team-based environment.
  • Provide telehealth services to a diverse population of school aged children

Minimum Requirements:

  • Caseload availability ranging from 15 - 40 hours per week
  • Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence in good standing
  • Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency
  • Full-time resident of the United States
  • Experience conducting therapy in a school setting, or with the pediatric population
  • Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology
  • Access to a personal laptop (not chromebook) for conducting sessions and access to our proprietary platform

Job Type: Contract 

Compensation: Exact compensation band for providers who reside in AL, ID, LA, ME, MO, MS, ND, NE, SD, TN, VT, and WV is $45-$48 an hour, with the opportunity to earn up to a $500 (up to $6000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in an invoicing period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. Exact hourly rate will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.
