We are hiring Virtual Speech Language Pathologists for the 25/26 school year across several states, offering flexible schedules and competitive pay. This position allows you to work remotely while delivering essential services to school-aged children.
Responsibilities: Deliver speech language pathology services to school-based children, participate in team meetings, and provide telehealth services, all while leveraging proprietary technology.
Skills: Active SLP license, CCCs, experience in therapy for school settings or pediatrics, and comfort with technology are required.
Qualifications: Must have a valid SLP license in state of residence and experience in a school or pediatric setting.
Location: This position is open to candidates located in AL, ID, LA, ME, MO, MS, ND, NE, SD, TN, VT, and WV.
Compensation: $45 - $48 / Hourly
We are currently hiring virtual Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) in AL, ID, LA, ME, MO, MS, ND, NE, SD, TN, VT, and WV for the 25/26 school year!

What You’ll Do:
Grow and invest in your skills, capabilities, and career, by delivering Speech Language Pathology services to school-based children across the nation, leveraging technology that includes proprietary tools to support and enable clinical care, in an environment that is flexible to your needs.
- Huddle up with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding Speech Language Pathology services to children in need.
- Complete documentation and participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
- Develop your skills, career, and expertise within a supportive team-based environment.
- Provide telehealth services to a diverse population of school aged children
Minimum Requirements:
- Caseload availability ranging from 15 - 40 hours per week
- Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence in good standing
- Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency
- Full-time resident of the United States
- Experience conducting therapy in a school setting, or with the pediatric population
- Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology
- Access to a personal laptop (not chromebook) for conducting sessions and access to our proprietary platform
Job Type: Contract
Compensation: Exact compensation band for providers who reside in AL, ID, LA, ME, MO, MS, ND, NE, SD, TN, VT, and WV is $45-$48 an hour, with the opportunity to earn up to a $500 (up to $6000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in an invoicing period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. Exact hourly rate will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.
