Tutor Me Education seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide IEP-mandated ABA services to students with special needs on Staten Island. This contract position requires 5 to 7 hours of direct service weekly, starting ASAP and extending through June 2025.

Responsibilities: Deliver weekly direct BCBA sessions, support behavior and learning goals, document progress, and participate in performance meetings.

Skills: BCBA certification, RBT or equivalent ABA experience, reliable, professional demeanor, ability to collaborate with school staff and parents.

Qualifications: Experience with IEP-based school services and successful NYC DOE fingerprinting.

Location: On-site at a school in Staten Island, New York, USA.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $60,000 - $90,000.

About the Role

We’re hiring an BCBA to provide IEP-mandated ABA services for a student at a campus in Staten Island, NY. Sessions are during school hours (8:00 AM – 2:20 PM), scheduled around the student’s existing services. Wednesdays and Fridays are most flexible.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly direct BCBA sessions per IEP
• Support behavior and learning goals in-class
• Document progress and participate in IEP coordination
• Attend intake meeting with school psychologist and parent

Qualifications

• RBT or equivalent ABA experience required
• Experience with IEP-based school services
• Must pass NYC DOE fingerprinting
