Summary
Sales & Training Specialist to represent premium robotic pool accessories in DIY retail stores through in-store demonstrations, staff training, and customer engagement to drive product awareness and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct live product demonstrations and customer engagement, deliver training to retail staff on competitive advantages, maintain product shelf placement and inventory, and build relationships with store managers to boost sales within assigned territory.
Skills & Tools: Strong sales and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence purchasing decisions, technical product knowledge communication, polished and engaging presence, and passion for technology solutions.
Qualifications: 3+ years of sales and/or retail experience with a proven track record of driving sales; valid driver's license and full-time vehicle access required. Pool maintenance and ownership experience is a plus.
Location: Roanoke, Denton County; Various DIY Retail Locations (Friday-Sunday, Part-Time)
Compensation: $23.00/hour plus performance-based bonuses
