WHAT YOU'LL DO  

You will be part of our fast-growing Clover Learning team with a mission to reimagine online training and certification exam preparation for Diagnostic Imaging students, educators, and professionals. As an Associate Account Manager in a client-facing role, you’ll support the management of major accounts, identify upsell prospects, and conduct customer insight analysis. Additionally, you'll provide sales support across various territories within a region. 

WHERE YOU’LL WORK  

This position will work remote within the United States. 

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME 

  • Aid in identifying new business and upsell opportunities, address client challenges and proactively identify and mitigate non-repurchase (e.g. churn) risks. 
  • Support outreach efforts and conduct regular check-in calls and meetings with customers to review their progress, identify any roadblocks, and ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services. 
  • Provide data to assist with customer issue resolution, insight generation and seamless customer experience. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen go-to-market strategies, address client requirements, and provide outstanding client support 
  • Support account growth strategies, including executing account repurchasing strategies to maximize repurchase rates and deliver exceptional service  
  • Maintain CRM records, tracking prospect headcounts and category suitability, generating precise sales forecasts, and overseeing lead quality  

 WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • 1+ years of sales account management experience within industry  
  • Professional presence, business acumen 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong presentation skills 
  • Experience working with B2B clients (higher education or hospitals) and managing complex accounts. 
  • Strong analytical abilities are essential for sales data interpretation and trend identification 
  • Proficient CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Up to 10% of travel expected.
