Summary
Lead cross-functional projects at Pluralsight as a Program Manager, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives in a remote setting. You will manage project scope, schedules, risks, and stakeholder relationships while driving program planning and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Define project scope and timelines, maintain schedules and documentation, conduct regular project meetings, deliver weekly progress reports with risk visibility, and assist with quarterly program planning. Monitor and communicate project risks and issues while fostering shared ownership among stakeholders.
Skills & Tools: Project management in Agile environments, critical thinking, strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with project management tools and techniques. Must demonstrate self-awareness, proactive communication, and ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of software or technology project management experience with an advanced degree, OR 5 years of equivalent experience. Professional certifications such as CAPM, PMI-ACP, or PMP are preferred.
Location: Remote from United States of America; on-site presence required Tuesday–Thursday for applicants within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX office.
Compensation: $80,700 – $100,900/year
