Key Responsibilities: Design and develop cloud training curricula, learning assets, and hands-on workshop materials while collaborating with Cloud SMEs to ensure technical accuracy. Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions to diverse audiences (service desk, field technicians, IT support) and continuously refine content based on pilot feedback and learner outcomes.
Skills & Tools: Expert knowledge of cloud computing concepts, infrastructure services, and cloud support models; strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear learning experiences. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills with experience adapting content to different audience skill levels.
Qualifications: Proven experience designing and delivering technical training or workshops, preferably in cloud computing or infrastructure transformation contexts with hands-on cloud environment knowledge. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and support enterprise IT transformation or cloud adoption programs.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $55K–$75K/yr (estimated)

**Role: Trainer / Content Developer

Work location: Plano, TX (Permanent remote work accepted from anywhere in US)** Note: They must have cloud computing training experience and be able to develop training and deliver classroom training.

Key Responsibilities:-

Training Design & Content Development:

Design, build, and refine cloud computing training materials, including curricula, learning assets, and hands‑on workshop materials aligned to defined technical requirements.

Develop role‑based and scenario‑driven content to support cloud foundations, cloud support, and evolving IT roles transitioning from on‑premise to cloud environments.

Collaborate with Cloud SMEs to validate technical accuracy, assumptions, and real‑world applicability of all training materials.

Incorporate feedback from reviews, pilots, and delivery sessions to continuously improve training quality and learner outcomes.

Training Delivery & Facilitation:

Act as an instructional facilitator for instructor‑led cloud training sessions, working in close partnership with Cloud SMEs during delivery.

Deliver engaging, interactive training that blends conceptual instruction with hands‑on exercises and practical use cases.

Adapt delivery approach to different audiences (e.g., service desk, field technicians, IT support roles) based on skill levels and cloud exposure.

Collaboration & Program Support:

Work under the guidance of a Learning Advisor to align training content and delivery with best practices, program objectives, and client expectations.

Participate in content reviews, pilots, and coordination sessions across learning, cloud, and client stakeholder teams.

Support training readiness for deployment by ensuring materials are complete, validated, and delivery‑ready.

Required Qualifications:-

Proven experience designing and delivering technical training or workshops, preferably in cloud computing or infrastructure transformation contexts

Hands‑on knowledge of cloud concepts and environments (e.g., cloud support models, cloud infrastructure services, cloud role transformation).

Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical learning experiences

Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to develop and validate technical content

Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:-

Experience supporting enterprise IT transformation or cloud adoption programs

Background in instructional design, adult learning principles, or technical enablement programs

Prior experience delivering instructor‑led training in enterprise or consulting environments

Working Model:-

Fulltime or project‑based role aligned to training build and deployment phases.

Works closely with Learning Advisors and Cloud Subject Matter Experts as part of a broader training delivery team
