The IT Business Analyst defines organizational needs and recommends solutions that deliver value by collaborating across business and technical teams. This role is critical for translating business strategy into functional requirements and managing project delivery through PeopleSoft systems.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborates with business and technical teams to define, document, and translate high-level business requirements into functional and technical specifications while managing requirement changes. Develops and manages project test plans based on documented requirements to ensure successful implementation.
Skills & Tools: Requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in PeopleSoft systems, requirements gathering, and documentation. Needs excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively bridge business and technical teams.
Qualifications: Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field plus 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role. PeopleSoft experience and familiarity with system implementation methodologies are essential.
Location: In-Person
Compensation: $65K–$95K/yr (estimated)
