Compensation & Benefits

  • $70–$85 per session, plus guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations. Bilingual clinicians earn an additional $5 per session
  • Flexible & Manageable Caseload: Start with a minimum of just 5 sessions per week — perfect for work-life balance. Most of our clinicians choose to provide 10 sessions per week, and we encourage you to work toward that as you settle in.

Flexibility & Clinical Support

  • Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday, 3–8 PM PST, with optional weekend availability from 9 AM–5 PM PST.
  • Administrative Support: We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling—so you can focus on care
  • Supportive Clinical Community: Peer consultation, collaborative networks, and team discussions
  • Professional Development: Continuing education credits and ongoing training
