Summary
Manager of Workplace Experience at Grammarly leading San Francisco office operations to ensure an exceptional environment for team members and guests. This role fosters a culture of clarity, empathy, and innovation while overseeing daily hub operations and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day workplace operations including facilities management, food & beverage, vendor relationships, and supplies while enhancing employee experience through well-run hub environments. Support safety compliance, space planning, workplace programs, onsite events, and serve as the primary point of contact for hub-based employee workplace needs.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management and communication skills with a people-first mindset and comfort in fast-paced environments. Proficiency with workplace management systems and ability to partner effectively across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: Minimum 4+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or hospitality operations. Embodiment of Grammarly's core values with familiarity in workplace management systems.
Location: Hybrid (5 days per week in-person) in San Francisco, California, United States
Compensation: $133,000 – $183,000/year
