Summary

The Digital Ed Partner LVL 1 is a front-line technical support role at StrongMind/Primavera providing assistance to students, parents, and faculty while maintaining high service quality and escalating complex issues to Tier 2 support.

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support via phone and chat, respond promptly to customer inquiries, maintain service quality standards, and escalate tickets to Tier 2 support as needed. Assist with departmental needs and maintain both individual and team service metrics.
Skills & Tools: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, customer service orientation, ability to navigate multiple software applications, and a coachable attitude. Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
Qualifications: High school diploma or higher education required with experience in a call center environment. Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic with a detail-oriented approach.

Compensation: $35,000 – $50,000/year
