We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive marketing coordinator to support our organic marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, coordination, and helping work move forward across multiple initiatives.

If you’re someone who notices what needs attention, takes initiative, and enjoys juggling a variety of projects, you’ll do well here.

What you’ll do

This role will flex based on priorities, but core areas of focus include:

Execute organic marketing efforts

  • Support planning and execution of organic social content (Facebook + Instagram)
  • Monitor engagement and help ensure timely, thoughtful responses
  • Identify opportunities to participate in relevant online conversations

Improve and publish content

  • Enhance blog content in WordPress (Elementor)
  • Add visuals, improve formatting, and strengthen internal linking
  • Support content organization and overall site experience

Coordinate and track marketing activity

  • Help keep marketing efforts organized and on schedule
  • Track key activities and flag where follow-up or attention is needed
  • Prepare simple updates to help the team prioritize

Support Head of Marketing as needed

  • Take ownership of tasks that don’t have a clear owner
  • Adapt quickly as priorities shift in a fast-moving environment

What success looks like

  • Marketing tasks move forward without constant follow-up
  • Content is consistently improved, organized, and engaging
  • Social channels feel active and responsive
  • The team has better visibility into what’s working and what needs attention

Must-haves

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Clear, effective written communication
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Relevant experience

  • Experience with organic social media for a business (Facebook + Instagram)
  • Familiarity with WordPress (Elementor preferred)
  • Experience creating visuals in Canva
  • Comfort working in spreadsheets or simple tracking systems
  • Experience using Asana (or comparable task management software) to track tasks, update progress, and manage deadlines
  • Experience using AI to expedite work, conduct analysis, and more

This role is a good fit if you…

  • Like being the person who keeps things moving and organized
  • Enjoy a mix of content, coordination, and execution work
  • Prefer doing and building over just planning
  • Are comfortable figuring things out without a lot of structure
