Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $90,000 - $130,000.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll manage a team of 6–8 full-time employees and part-time contractors focused on sourcing and qualifying new child care providers for our platform. You’ll help drive a critical outcome - growing the number of qualified providers starting new programs.
You’ll partner closely with our Senior Manager of New Supply to execute against strategy, advise on experiments, and track performance across the funnel—from lead to licensed provider to first revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters
- Execute and iterate on multi-channel recruitment and engagement campaigns
- Develop systems for daily operations and team execution, ensuring work is aligned to KPIs
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Support to improve user flows and accelerate lead engagement
- Analyze and improve the lead funnel, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation
- Help shape digital outreach efforts (e.g., CRM campaigns, website optimizations, referrals) to drive provider action
- Lead experiments to improve lead quantity and quality
- Collaborate on forecasting, dashboards, and reporting to track progress and inform strategy

- Increased volume and quality of provider leads entering and progressing through the funnel
- Shortened time to provider launch and first revenue
- Measurable improvement in funnel efficiency, with insights shared across teams
You Might Be a Fit If You Have
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting, growth marketing, sales, or customer acquisition roles
- 2+ years of experience managing teams, with a strong track record of coaching to high performance
- Experience working with a CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) to manage and report on lead flow
- A resourceful, test-and-learn mindset—you move quickly, ask good questions, and try new things
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Bonus: fluency in Spanish
- Requires in person attendance 3 days a week
