Summary

Strategic Total Rewards Partner at Gainsight responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies that align with business objectives and support talent retention. This role partners with leadership to create competitive total rewards programs that enhance employee engagement and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage total rewards strategies including compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and equity programs while partnering with HR and finance teams. Conduct market analyses, recommend compensation adjustments, and communicate rewards programs to employees to ensure competitive positioning and employee understanding.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in compensation strategy, benefits design, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making combined with strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management abilities. Proficiency with HR systems, analytics tools, and knowledge of employment regulations required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field with 5+ years of total rewards or compensation experience at progressive responsibility levels. Advanced certification (CCP, CEBS, or equivalent) and demonstrated success managing complex rewards programs preferred.
Location: 44 Locations (Remote/Hybrid)
