Summary

Senior Creative Designer role focused on UI and learning experience design for eLearning platforms. Lead visual direction of digital learning products by creating intuitive, engaging interfaces that translate learning concepts into scalable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive UI/UX for eLearning platforms using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs with strong attention to typography, color systems, and visual hierarchy. Collaborate with Instructional Designers and developers to align designs with learning goals, create motion graphics and micro-interactions, and leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and asset creation.

Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, UI/UX design fundamentals, and responsive design optimization. Strong experience with motion graphics, animation, accessibility standards, and AI-assisted design tools; excellent collaboration and iteration skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field with 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in eLearning or digital product design. Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, wireframing, and interactive design capabilities required.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹12,00,000 – ₹18,00,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer with a strong focus on UI and visual design to create high-quality, learner-centric digital experiences.

In this role, you will lead the visual direction of eLearning products, translating learning concepts into intuitive, engaging interfaces. You’ll combine strong design fundamentals with modern tools, including AI, to deliver scalable and consistent design solutions.

What You’ll Do

UI & Visual Design (Primary Focus)

Design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for eLearning platforms and digital learning products
Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Apply strong design fundamentals across layout, typography, color systems, and visual hierarchy
Ensure consistency in branding and design standards across all deliverables
Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsive behavior

Creative Execution & Collaboration

Translate storyboards and learning concepts into clear, effective visual experiences
Partner with Instructional Designers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with learning goals
Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining design quality
