JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY MCC’s Workforce Innovation Division is looking for Contract Corporate Trainers to provide training and skill development to all levels of employees within our client’s organization. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS: The goal is to help others reach their potential through engaging activities that challenge thinking; expose new approaches to increase job performance; and improve knowledge, skills, and abilities in others. Details such as class content, number of days, and length of class, time and locations will be discussed during the interview process. Below topics are popular training requests by employers and future topics we are exploring with employers in the Omaha area. If you have a current hot topic not being taught, submit your suggestions in the letter of intent.
