Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize campaign management, lead flow, and reporting systems for events, ABM, and digital channels; implement marketing technology platforms and integrations; lead cross-functional projects; provide data-driven performance insights; ensure regulatory compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, CCPA).
Skills & Tools: Expert proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, and Google Analytics; advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities; experience with ABM tools (6Sense, RollWorks, Clearbit); strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; hands-on builder mentality with data and technology acumen.
Qualifications: 5+ years of marketing operations experience with recent individual contributor role experience; startup experience preferred; demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable systems and processes.
Location: USA (remote/hybrid status not specified)
Compensation: Estimated: $120,000 – $160,000/year based on Director-level title, 5+ years required experience, marketing operations expertise, fast-growing venture-backed startup, and USA location.

Role Description: The Director, Marketing Operations is a talented generalist who will be help build business critical functions that help us scale. Despite having over 4 million users, we're only just beginning to build our marketing team. You'll love this role if you're a hands-on builder with aptitude for data, technology, and getting stuff done.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize campaign management, lead flow, and reporting for in-person and digital events, ABM, and online channels.
  • Create scalable systems and processes in collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
  • Lead cross-functional marketing projects to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Implement and integrate tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Provide performance updates and actionable insights based on data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, CCPA).

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot (B2B Account Engagement), HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience with ABM tools (e.g., 6Sense, RollWorks, Clearbit) is a plus.
  • Startup experience preferred.
  • Recent IC (individual contributor) role experience.
