Summary

Launch and manage your own in-home child care center in West Virginia with comprehensive support, training, and coaching from Wonderschool to navigate state licensure and build a sustainable childcare business.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and operate an in-home child care program while managing the West Virginia state licensure process with Wonderschool's guidance. Build and maintain a fully booked childcare center serving your local community.
Skills & Tools: Strong passion for education and childcare, business management ability, and commitment to creating a nurturing environment for children. Must demonstrate initiative and the capacity to lead your own program.
Qualifications: Experience in education or childcare is preferred, along with adequate residential space to operate an in-home child care center. Valid residency in West Virginia required.
Location: West Virginia, United States (multiple counties). This is not a remote position.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $25,000 – $50,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.
