Summary

Director of Human Resources at GoGuardian who will drive HR strategies aligned with business goals while fostering a positive workplace culture. This pivotal role shapes the company's talent strategy, performance management, and culture initiatives to ensure employee engagement and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, implement performance management systems, and oversee culture initiatives while ensuring employment law compliance. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic HR planning, mentor the HR team, and leverage HR analytics to drive continuous improvement and organizational change.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with deep business acumen and comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Demonstrated expertise in change management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with proven HR leadership experience in a similar role. Master's degree and SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification are preferred.

  • Proven HR Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in a similar role.
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP Certification: Highly desirable.
  • West Coast Time Zone: Preferred location.

The typical base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000 plus variable pay per year. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications and experience.
