Summary

Join Daybreak Health as a Youth Therapist to deliver remote teletherapy to students across Washington, empowering youth and families through evidence-based mental health support as part of a mission to address the youth mental health epidemic.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver teletherapy to children and adolescents, build therapeutic relationships with youth and families, provide psychoeducation to parents and caregivers, and collaborate in case consultations while contributing to program growth.
Skills & Tools: Active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in Washington; strong telehealth skills with reliable high-speed internet; experience working with youth and families; commitment to culturally responsive care and equity.
Qualifications: Active mental health license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) in Washington and experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings preferred.
Location: Fully remote (must be licensed in Washington); flexible schedule Monday–Friday 3 PM–8 PM plus optional weekends
Compensation: $75 – $90/hourly (1099 contract, plus bilingual and cross-licensed differentials; guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows)

We’re hiring dedicated therapists to provide remote psychotherapy to students. We offer both 1:1 therapy and family therapy, depending on the age and circumstances of the student. With the flexibility to select your working hours, manage your caseload, and choose the demographic you're most passionate about, we provide the perfect platform for you to design your ideal practice. 

Location: Fully remote (must be licensed in Washington)

Employment Type: 1099

Pay Range:

  • $75-$90 hourly (plus bilingual and cross licensed differential)
  • Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows 

What You’ll Do

  1. Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to children and adolescents via our EHR/telehealth platform.
  2. Build strong therapeutic relationships with youth, families, and school partners.
  3. Provide psychoeducation and clinical guidance to parents and caregivers.
  4. Collaborate in case consultations and ongoing professional development.
  5. Contribute to program growth—help refine Daybreak’s clinical offerings.
