Go1 is seeking a passionate Learning Consultant to design and implement impactful learning strategies in a fully remote role, working closely with clients to enhance professional learning experiences.

Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include strategic consulting with organizations to develop bespoke learning strategies, content creation for workshops and courses, client engagement to ensure seamless service delivery, and pre-sales support in crafting proposals.

Skills: Candidates must have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, excellent communication skills for virtual engagement, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a background in Learning & Development, experience with online conferencing tools, and a commitment to equitable access in online learning.

Location: This is a fully remote position for candidates based in the Eastern Standard timezone.

Compensation: $90000 - $97500 / Annually

Here’s a Taste of What You’ll Be Doing:

• Strategic Consulting: Partner with organizations to design bespoke learning strategies that drive change. You’ll analyze data, set goals, identify challenges, and propose solutions that align with each client’s unique needs.
• Content Creation: Develop and deliver dynamic learning assets, including workshops, webinars, and online courses. Your work will be directly tied to client goals and organizational frameworks.
• Client Engagement: Manage key client accounts, ensuring the seamless delivery of learning services. Your role will involve close collaboration with other internal teams to provide holistic solutions.
• Pre-Sales Support: Work alongside the sales team to engage potential clients, offering insights and crafting proposals that showcase the value of our learning services.

• Advocate for Equity: You believe in the power of online learning to create equitable access to high-quality, curated content that meets diverse organizational needs.
• Remote Work Champion: Our culture is built on collaboration across time zones. You’re comfortable with asynchronous communication and are skilled at maintaining strong connections in a virtual environment. Must also be comfortable with non-traditional working hours. 

At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $90,000 and $97,500 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for the employee bonus plan and employee stock options.
