Summary

Full-time Education Coordinator at C2 Education supporting educational services through scheduling, logistics coordination, and student engagement in a hybrid Columbia, MD setting. This role ensures smooth operation of educational programs and serves as a liaison between students, instructors, and the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate logistics for educational events including scheduling and room bookings, communicate with students and instructors regarding program details, maintain student records and attendance data, and provide administrative support to instructors. Also address student inquiries, evaluate program effectiveness, and support the overall delivery of educational services.

Skills & Tools: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with strong interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively, and commitment to maintaining a positive learning environment.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in educational program coordination with classroom or educational setting experience. High School Diploma/GED required; experience with administrative duties preferred.

Location: Hybrid in Columbia, Maryland, United States

Compensation: $22.60 – $25.00/hour
