Role Snapshot

Lead strategic AI adoption initiatives across Curriculum Associates' internal operations, reporting to the Chief AI Officer. Drive implementation of AI tools, transformation planning, and measurable ROI while serving as an internal AI evangelist connecting teams and translating external trends into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities: Champion internal AI initiatives by connecting teams, facilitating knowledge sharing, and guiding cross-functional teams through transformation planning and execution. Lead change management efforts, create and manage project plans, track milestones, and apply transformation frameworks to business process optimization.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication, project and change management, understanding of AI concepts, ability to influence executive stakeholders, and fluency in working with technical teams. Demonstrated emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking with a focus on business outcomes.
Qualifications: 10+ years in technology evangelism with particular experience in AI implementation and L&D initiatives. Strategic mindset with ability to bridge technical and non-technical considerations across organizational functions.
Location: Massachusetts
Compensation: $127Kโ€“$234K/yr
