Summary

Join Benchmark Education Company as an International Sales Support & Marketing Manager to drive global sales growth and enhance marketing strategies across international markets. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support to the international sales team, coordinate marketing initiatives, maintain distributor relations, conduct market research, manage customer feedback, and oversee budget reporting and forecasting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support or marketing with at least 3 years working in international markets.

Position Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized International Sales Support and Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the international sales team, developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations in international markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to increase brand visibility, drive international sales growth, and ensure our global partners have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the international global Sales team.
  • Coordinate the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for international markets.
  • Manage customer relationships and act as the liaison between the international global sales team, distributors/licensees and internal departments.
  • Track international sales performance, provide regular reports, and assist in the forecasting of sales.
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new international distributors or agents.
  • Liaise with Customer Success to coordinate the logistics of international orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Customer and Distributor Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for international distributors, customers, and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate international customer feedback loops and ensure that client needs are communicated to Product and Sales teams.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify funding, opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape in international markets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the senior sales and marketing teams based on market intelligence.

Sales and Marketing Strategy & Collateral Management:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for key international markets based on regional needs and company goals.
  • Oversee the localization of sales and marketing materials to ensure cultural and regional relevance.
  • Liaise with the International Sales team and distributors to plan and execute international marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email campaigns, trade shows, and events.
  • Manage and maintain the digital library of international sales and marketing materials for easy access by the global sales team.

Budgeting & Reporting:

  • Develop and manage the international marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Support the creation of sales and marketing forecasts for international markets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or a related role, with at least 3 years of experience working in international markets.
  • Proven experience in managing international sales support operations and executing global marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media platforms).
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, French, German) are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of cultural differences and how to tailor sales and marketing strategies to specific regions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Some international travel may be required.
