Summary

RMA Specialist responsible for processing product returns, conducting failure analysis, and managing return merchandise authorization operations. This role drives process improvements and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure efficient RMA workflows and high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Process product returns, maintain RMA case information in CRM systems, monitor replacement shipments, track quality metrics, analyze trends, and partner with vendors on process improvements. Collaborate with internal teams on RMA requests while maintaining detailed documentation and spreadsheets.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or CRM systems required. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent communication, adaptability, and self-motivation essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. 2+ years of RMA or order management experience required.
Location: Chamblee, Georgia
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $42,000 – $56,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

In this role, you can expect to:
RMA Operations:
  • Process product returns and conduct product failure analysis
  • Maintain and update RMA case information in CRM systems
  • Monitor shipment and delivery of replacement products
  • Data Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain shared spreadsheets with high accuracy

    Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 2+ years of RMA or order management experience
