Team & Position Description:

We are currently seeking an Inventory Cycle Counter to join our team. This position is responsible for conducting cycle counts, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining detailed records of stock levels. This role plays a critical part in minimizing discrepancies and supporting efficient warehouse operations.

What We’re Looking For (Key Performance Objectives):

Perform regular cycle counts of warehouse inventory to verify stock levels.
Ensure inventory accuracy by comparing physical counts to system records.
Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies to management.
Assist in correcting stock variances and updating inventory records.
Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and tracking of goods.
Maintain detailed and accurate inventory logs and reports.
Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED required
Experience 1-2 years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Certifications: Forklift certification

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
