Summary

Contract-based Sales Trainer role supporting a global client in Saudi Arabia, delivering specialized sales training to B2B computer hardware sales professionals and leaders. The position combines hands-on sales training delivery with leadership coaching to enhance soft skills and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver impactful group sales training sessions, including virtual facilitation via Zoom, tailored for computer hardware sales professionals targeting C-suite executives. Lead coaching and skill development for sales leaders in the computer hardware sector on B2B sales strategies and techniques.
Skills & Tools: Proven expertise in B2B computer hardware sales (computers, printers, laptops), advanced group facilitation and virtual training delivery, strong soft skills coaching abilities, and demonstrated sales leadership experience. Bilingual fluency in Arabic (native) and English required.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience delivering group sales training specifically for computer hardware sales professionals, with direct B2B sales experience selling to senior and C-suite executives. Must have prior experience managing a sales team in the computer hardware sector and conducting virtual training sessions.
Location: In-person (face-to-face), Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is SAR 8,000 – SAR 15,000/month based on title, seniority, contract nature, and location.

Are you a dynamic sales facilitator with a proven track record in computer hardware sales to large organizations? We are seeking a seasoned professional to join us for this project who brings direct experience in B2B sales of computers, printers, and laptops. As a qualified candidate, you not only have a successful history of selling computer hardware solutions to senior and C-suite level executives but have also demonstrated your leadership prowess by managing a Sales Team within the computer hardware sector.

Beyond individual sales experience, you also have a minimum of 5 years of experience delivering impactful group sales training, specifically tailored for those engaged in the sale of computers. You have experience leading virtual group sales training sessions, utilizing platforms like Zoom, and your passion for enhancing the soft skills of sales leaders sets you apart.
