Role Snapshot

Revenue Enablement Specialist supporting KnowBe4's Human Risk Management solutions in Tokyo. This role bridges sales and customer success by enabling the revenue team with tools, training, and resources to effectively market and sell KnowBe4's AI-powered security solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver enablement programs, sales collateral, and training materials for the revenue team in Japanese and English markets. Support sales productivity through process optimization, competitive intelligence, and alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success functions.
Skills & Tools: Fluent Japanese language proficiency (required). Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes, cybersecurity/human risk management concepts, training delivery, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication, project management, and ability to work cross-functionally.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in revenue enablement, sales operations, or similar B2B SaaS role preferred. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse, global teams with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Location: In-Person - Tokyo, Japan
Compensation: ¥3.2M–¥4.5M/yr (estimated)

The Revenue Enablement Specialist role is responsible for facilitating post-onboarding employee enablement initiatives across revenue-generating teams. This role leverages specialized Employee Enablement programs to deliver targeted training as directed by organizational leadership. The Specialist conducts comprehensive analyses to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement in existing training processes and workflows and determines corresponding training needs. Furthermore, the Specialist designs and implements enablement programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills and capabilities of revenue teams on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and conduct enablement workshops, programs, and seminars on a global scale for revenue-generating teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact to address inquiries and provide guidance related to policies, procedures, and best practices associated with Revenue Enablement Programs.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge and stay updated on the KnowBe4 platform, product offerings, and sales landscape to ensure the alignment of new enablement programs with the company's evolving products and market dynamics.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify areas of inefficiency within existing training processes and determine corresponding training needs for revenue teams, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Training teams to develop and implement innovative approaches and techniques for enhancing the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent working experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing or training people
  • Have demonstrated work experience in developing new employees
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Fluent in Japanese
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • Strong coaching and training abilities
  • Understanding of company structure/functions
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Ability to write enablement programs
