Role Snapshot
Lead the Service Department at City Year Chicago as Senior Service Director, implementing the Whole School Whole Child service model across partnered Chicagoland schools. This integral leadership role focuses on setting vision, managing strategy, and driving impact for the AmeriCorps Grant program.
Key Responsibilities: Manage service model development, implementation, and evaluation while ensuring quality delivery and achievement of impact goals through data analysis and staff observations. Lead and mentor the Service Department team including Learning and Development staff and instructional coaches, and maintain relationships with CPS and other school partners.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership in K-12 education, program evaluation expertise, understanding of adult learning principles, and advanced data analysis capabilities are essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of experience in education or related fields, preferably with prior experience in CPS or the Chicagoland area.
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Compensation: $90K–$110K/yr
