We are seeking a Hybrid Speech Language Pathologist for part-time and full-time roles in Muskegon, Michigan, providing innovative speech therapy services in a K-12 school setting.

Responsibilities: Deliver speech language pathology services to school-aged children, collaborate with educators, and participate in IEP meetings while maintaining thorough documentation.

Skills: Active SLP license, ability to use technology for therapy, and prior experience in a school or pediatric setting.

Qualifications: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCCs) and ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week.

Location: This position is based in Muskegon, Michigan, requiring onsite work as well as the flexibility to complete administrative tasks remotely.

Compensation: $42 - $55 / Hourly

The on-target earnings for this role are $42-$55 an hour, as a W2 employee. Exact compensation will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to commit to 20 hours per week 
• Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence
• Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency
• Full-time resident of the United States
• Due to the nature of this role, consistent and reliable transportation is essential to ensure punctual and dependable attendance
• Experience conducting therapy in a school setting, or with the pediatric population
• Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology
• Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
• Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
• Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete medicaid billing if necessary
