Summary

The Partnership Manager will lead sales initiatives in Texas, managing a key sales territory and developing strategic partnerships with education leaders to drive revenue growth in the EdTech sector. The role operates with autonomy while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Manage sales territory, build trusted relationships with educational decision-makers, deliver tailored presentations and demos, and own the full sales cycle from strategy through execution. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams while analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities and contribute to sales process improvements.
Skills & Tools: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, strategic thinking, proficiency with Salesforce and data-driven sales tools, and adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment. Strong ability to connect customer needs with organizational value and lead with curiosity, integrity, and collaboration.
Qualifications: 4–6 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in EdTech or Education, with a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving ambitious goals. San Antonio, TX based candidate preferred.
Location: Hybrid in San Antonio, Texas, United States
Compensation: $95,000 / annually

  • Deliver tailored presentations and demos that align to customer priorities and drive complex buying decisions.
  • Own the full sales cycle, making strategic account decisions in alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance customer experiences.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform territory strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Champion continuous improvement, contributing to the evolution of our sales processes and team best practices.

Who You Are

  • You bring 4–6 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles—bonus if it’s in EdTech or Education.
