Summary

Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent experience with minimum 2 years of software or network technical support experience; Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco CCENT/CCNA) are preferred.
Location: IN KA Prestige Tech Park, India (office-based, US business hours)
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,50,000/year based on title, seniority, and location in India.

Job Title: Associate Technical Solutions Engineer (India)

Position Summary

The Associate Technical Solutions Engineer will deliver prompt, professional, and high-quality technical support to internal teams and educators. This role is responsible for troubleshooting complex issues escalated from Tier 1 support, executing data and operational tasks using SQL and internal tools, and maintaining accurate and detailed case documentation in Salesforce. The position requires strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and effective communication to ensure timely resolution of technical needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run SQL queries to retrieve data and support assigned tasks.
  • Validate information using internal systems and tools.
  • Submit and track operational requests through Salesforce.
  • Confirm task completion and maintain meticulous case documentation.
  • Notify relevant stakeholders upon resolution and close cases accordingly.
  • Troubleshoot application defects and escalate technical or application issues to development teams as required.
  • Provide technical support to Sales, Professional Development, and Partner Success teams for educator-related needs.
  • Deliver networking, firewall, and security-related technical assistance to customers via remote or onsite channels, depending on location.

Required Skills & Competencies

Education & Experience
