Role Snapshot

Lead foundation and strategic partnership development for City Year to secure funding and build relationships that advance the organization's mission. Drive revenue growth and organizational impact through cultivated partnerships with major donors and institutional funders.

Skills & Tools: Strong grant writing and proposal development expertise, excellent relationship management and communication skills, and strategic thinking in nonprofit fundraising. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in foundation relations, institutional fundraising, or strategic partnerships in the nonprofit sector. Bachelor's degree required; experience with education or youth-focused organizations preferred.

Location: Flexible

Compensation: $150K–$220K/yr (estimated)
