Supports back-office teams by driving program performance and compliance through strategic analysis and data-driven insights. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

4.   Prepare and manage project plans.

5.   Communicate status to stakeholders on projects.

6.   Act as lead on Consumer Loan projects.

7.   Act as back-up to Program or Functional Manager.

8.   Act as liaison between stakeholders, subject matter experts and Product and Delivery Teams.

9.   Present materials and reports to a wide range of audiences.

10.   Research and resolve problems and issues. 

11.   Subject matter expert on business systems and processes. 

12.   Capture and document business requirements. 

13.   Understand contractual and regulatory requirements, and lender guidance for business program(s) and apply knowledge in decision making and business requirement documentation, and operational processes. 

14.   Represent the business team and articulate the business value with the Product and Delivery Team. 

15.   Review, test, and provide feedback on new system features or changes to existing features. 

16.   Identify, plan, organize and assist with executing on improvements to Operational programs within the department. 

17.   Act as a resource for the department and business teams.

18.   Independently analyzes issues and department goals, and can deploy working solutions to address issues or to accomplish department goals.

19.   Monitor progress of projects.

20.   Commit to getting the job done.

21.   Share responsibility of projects with management.

22.   Train within department for the general and orientation modules and on specific programs.

EDUCATION

4-year college degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE

1.   3-4 years of experience in an analytical, student loan, technical, problem-solving or project management position.

2.   Experience with database concepts and Structured Query Language (SQL) preferred 

3.   1-2 years of experience with report writing tools –SAP Business Objects 

Experience with project management on small to medium projects

Pay range for this position is $43,672.39 - $82,087.14 annually.
