Key Responsibilities: Daily pickups and deliveries of customer repairs and products between Trafera facilities and customer locations, with at least one weekly overnight trip to Dallas. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks safely, driving company vehicles while obeying traffic laws, and performing warehouse activities such as receiving, shipping, inventory management, and picking.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational and time management skills, problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service, and proficiency with warehouse operations and inventory systems. Must demonstrate dependability, safety awareness, and ability to work effectively within a team to meet key performance indicators.
Qualifications: Minimum one year of related warehouse or delivery experience and a valid driver's license required. DOT certification and experience with dock trucks preferred; must maintain appropriate licensing, credentials, and an acceptable driving record.
Location: Hybrid in Muskogee, Oklahoma, United States, with required travel and overnight stays in Dallas, Texas area (minimum one day per week).
Compensation: $22.00/hour

Your contributions as a Warehouse Associate - Delivery Driver on the Warehouse team will play a vital role in maintaining our strong customer partnerships, connecting our customers to solutions solved through technology, and timely deliveries so their organizations are equipped to solve today's challenges and shape tomorrow.

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate – Delivery Driver will be responsible for coordinating and participating in the receipt, storage, loading and unloading, delivery and verification of materials from Trafera facilities to customer locations and one Trafera warehouse to another. In addition this person will work as a team with other Warehouse Associates to effectively and efficiently perform various warehouse duties as directed.

Essential Responsibilities:

The following essential functions represent the primary work performed; however, other responsibilities could be expected that are not detailed here but fall within the scope of this role. 

Responsibilities:

  • This role will have at least one day a week that travel and overnight stay in Texas (Dallas area) is required.
  • Daily pickups and deliveries of customer repairs to customer locations and to Trafera Repair facility.
  • Daily pickups and deliveries of product between Trafera facilities.
  • Load and unload truck accurately and safely.
  • Drive company vehicle to make deliveries while obeying traffic laws and safety procedures.
  • Occasional need to drive dock truck.
  • Maintain appropriate licensing, credentials, and acceptable driving record.
  • When not serving as the Delivery Driver, responsible for the following:
  1. Each Warehouse Associate will be responsible for performing daily warehouse activities (inbound/outbound shipping and receiving, scanning and organizing packages/inventory, picking parts, transfers, etc.).
  2. Additional responsibilities include (PO Receiving, SRO Receiving, OEM Receiving/Pairing, Transfer Receiving, Picking, managing inventory, replenishing, and shipping).
  3. Effectively and efficiently work within a team to achieve dependability and successful KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and safety.
  4. Accurately receive, process, and ship all orders including parts, new devices, OEM warranty parts, units to be repaired, and repaired devices per established procedures/standards while meeting expectations set.
  5. Accurately processing, picking, and delivering of needed parts on time, supporting internal/external customer requirements.
  6. Perform daily inventory cycle counts as assigned and promptly report any inaccuracies found.
  7. Maintain stock levels of supporting needed materials, and parts to ensure internal and external customer needs are met. 
  8. Identify areas of concern, means of improvement, and ways to increase efficiency.

Minimum Skills, Abilities, and Requirements:

  • At least one year of related work experience required.
  • Experience loading, unloading, and driving dock truck (Non CDL).
  • Forklift & material lift experience encouraged, but not required.
  • Able to be DOT certified.
  • Able to receive and follow instructions as well as communicate with coworkers.
  • Excellent cleanliness, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to support other areas when needed.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to represent Trafera at customer locations while providing exceptional Customer Service.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Observe and report any safety and security issues.
  • Active driver’s license.
  • Prolonged periods of both sitting as well as standing, walking, and bending.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50+ pounds.
