Compensation: $100000 - $105000 / Annually

The System Application Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of internal applications assigned to Amplifiers. This role works closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and technical resources to ensure that the various systems are aligned with the company's goals.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administration work of assigned applications that support the business, including user management security, configuration, and permissions.
- Exhibits excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot support tickets quickly and efficiently to ensure a good user experience.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with not only internal employees, but also with software providers and third party vendors.
- Partner with the business to gather requirements related to new initiatives and enhancements while also identifying and closing the gaps in technical and behavioral opportunities related to internal applications.
- Collaborate with the Business systems organization to align and extend internal applications to help achieve organizational goals across all departments.
- Assist with and facilitate change management tasks related to application updates, releases, improvements, bug fixes, and patches.
- Maintain and develop policy, process, and technical procedure documentation to ensure security and integrity.
- Ability to contribute effectively within a dynamically evolving, fluid environment.
- Provide training and mentoring to end users and subject matter experts on application usage and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of managing internal applications such as enterprise applications, productivity platforms, or any related systems.
- Experience communicating technical information to non-technical teams in a concise and understandable manner.
- Effective at working with a mix of in-person, remote, and offshore team members.
- Experience with troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting application integrations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience supporting SaaS platforms.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across several lines of business to achieve long-term organizational goals.
- Experience with cloud-based data warehouses/platforms and/or visual analytics platforms (I.E. Snowflake, Tableau, Looker, Fivetran, and/or dbt Cloud)
What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $100,000 - $105,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
