Summary

Onsite Associate Therapist role at Daybreak Health providing evidence-based mental health services to students in Del Norte Unified School District. Position focuses on delivering personalized mental health support in a school environment to help students achieve academic and personal success.

Key Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based mental health services to students, collaborate with school counselors and other providers, build trusted relationships with students and families, and participate in clinical team discussions. Offer psychoeducation and support to parents/caregivers and contribute to the development of Daybreak Health's clinical programs.

Skills & Tools: Strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with EHR systems, and excellent technological abilities. Preferred skills include fluency in additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin) and experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT or DBT.

Qualifications: Active clinical license in California (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, ASW, APC, or AMFT); associate licensed therapists also considered. Required experience delivering care to school-aged children; preferred experience working in school settings or with youth populations.

Location: Onsite in Del Norte, California; hybrid position working Mon-Fri 8 AM - 3 PM PT in the school district with no travel required.
