Summary

Key Responsibilities: Handle student interactions across multiple channels with empathy, manage Tier II tickets and escalations, utilize AI-powered support tools for efficiency, and collect feedback to improve student experience. Prioritize multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment while contributing ideas to enhance overall student experience.
Skills & Tools: 2+ years of customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and proficiency navigating web tools and various software platforms. Bilingual Spanish fluency is a bonus.
Qualifications: 2+ years in customer service or relevant experience with availability for weekend and evening work. Requires a reliable remote working environment with a quiet, distraction-free space and the ability to handle calls, chats, emails, and texts for 80%+ of the workday.
Location: Remote from specified U.S. states including California, Colorado, Illinois, Texas, and others; no travel required.
