THE ROLE
SchoolKit is seeking Strategic Project Operations Support contractors to support our Operations Team with executing strategic projects, primarily providing data analysis, systems refinement and development, complex operational procedure support, and additional strategy and change management-focused tasks as requested. This is a remote 1099 contractor role with variable hours depending on availability. The role may require occasional travel. Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Research, evaluation, recommendation, and project management of org-wide systems implementation.
- Support refining existing processes and procedures.
- Build-out of internal dashboards.
- Knowledge management strategy and implementation.
- Support with complex billing.
An ideal applicant is highly organized, detail-oriented, and highly proficient in the following software/systems:
- Google Suite (Google Query experience preferred)
- Google Looker Studio
- Microsoft Excel, intermediate to advanced proficiency
- Asana or Monday project management software
Experience with the following systems is a plus:
- FormStack or similar form-building software
- BambooHR or similar software
- CRM (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce)
- QuickBooks Online
The ideal candidate has experience working in high-paced, high-growth organizations with extensive experience in change management and complex project management. They have experience developing materials and leading team members through change. They have a proven ability to stand-up complex systems, organize, prioritize, track, and manage workflow from multiple projects concurrently, and have 7+ years of work experience in cross-functional project management.
This position is offered at $90 - 100/hour.
