The Contractor Management Intern will support the Home Improvement team in assisting with contractor oversight and operational improvement projects. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the financial services industry, working with cross-functional teams to improve contractor performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking and organizing information related to contractor enrollments, performance and support cases.
- Collaborate with team members from Business Development, Operations, and Compliance to help identify and report contractor-related issues.
- Help document procedures and assist with research to support process improvement efforts.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for optimizing contractor engagement and satisfaction.
- Support data collection and preparation of reports for internal use.
- Assist with testing new tools or services as they relate to contractor management.
- Perform general administrative and project support tasks as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Interest in financial services, compliance, or operational processes is a plus.
