Director of Identity and Access Management (Deputy CISO role) at Cengage Group leading enterprise-wide IAM strategy across employee and customer-facing systems. Oversees critical identity platforms including Okta and Active Directory to enhance security, compliance, and business growth.
Skills & Tools: 10+ years of IAM experience with strong leadership capabilities; expert-level knowledge of Okta, Active Directory, and Azure AD integration. Proficiency in identity security protocols, frameworks, zero-trust architecture, and executive communication with proven team leadership abilities.
Qualifications: 10+ years in IAM with demonstrated leadership experience; experience in education technology or regulated industries preferred. Advanced understanding of identity governance, compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, FERPA), and enterprise security architecture required.
Location: Ohio
Compensation: $138K–$180K/yr
