The Adoptions Specialist will provide operational support for the national adoptions team to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of adoption processes. This role collaborates cross functionally, coordinates logistics, and maintains accurate records to support the team in achieving its adoption goals. The position reports to the Director, Adoptions.

The impact you'll have: 

  • Work with internal and external subject matter experts to complete necessary items for adoption submissions.
  • Coordinate preparation and packaging of sample materials for adoption submissions.
  • Coordinate the shipping process to ensure accurate and timely delivery to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to create, update, and maintain information on state and public review websites.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely submission of all required materials on bid portals and in hard copy format.
  • Track district results and compile data to create comprehensive reports for the national adoptions team.
  • Maintain up-to-date state adoptions trackers, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.
  • Participate in the entire adoption process, including preparing documentation, assembling necessary materials, and collaborating with team members.
  • Other relevant duties, as assigned.

Benefits and Pay Range:

Pay Range – This role’s range is $43,375-$70,875. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
