Skills & Tools: Expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Azure, data architecture, ELT/ETL pipelines, data governance frameworks, and strong leadership abilities to manage and mentor a data engineering team. Product-oriented mindset with hands-on technical depth and ability to drive engineering excellence and modern data culture.
Qualifications: Proven track record leading data engineering teams with experience in consumer or subscription-based environments and background in customer engagement and personalization. Advanced knowledge of cloud data platforms, modern data stack, and digital transformation initiatives.
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: $140K–$200K/yr
